These Terms apply to your use of the Nudience website, and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Using Our Site
You agree not to misuse the site in any way, including:
– engaging in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour
– interfering with the site or other users
– attempting to access or extract data
– introducing viruses or malicious code
Orders
Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. This means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it has been packed.
Please ensure all details (including delivery address) are correct at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for change of mind, provided:
– the item was purchased within 30 days
– proof of purchase is provided
– the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
We’re unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty.
If your order included a set or bundle, it must be returned in full.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once received and approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method, less any processing fees and the value of any free gifts no longer applicable.
Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as store credit.

Your rights under New Zealand consumer law apply in addition to the above.
Incorrect Orders
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement once the incorrect product has been returned.

Nudience is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders will not be refunded if these charges are unpaid.
Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under New Zealand law.
