We keep things simple.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent with trusted delivery partners to ensure they arrive exactly as they should.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes.
Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery.
If your address has Authority to Leave (ATL), your parcel may be left unattended. Once marked as delivered, Nudience is unable to accept responsibility for loss or theft.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way, so you can manage delivery directly with the courier if needed.
If Something’s Not Right
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.

Timing
Delivery timeframes are estimates.
While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, delays can happen outside our control (couriers, weather).
New Zealand
Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD
$9 flat rate under $100
After dispatch:
North Island: Overnight (Mon–Fri)
South Island: 2–3 working days
Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
All orders are sent tracked.
International
We only ship within New Zealand but we hope to offer international shipping soon.
